David joined the Jarden Group Board on 1 November 2025. He has over 35 years' experience in investment banking and corporate finance advisory to corporate and government organisations. He is a Director of Catalist Markets. Previous Directorships include Kiwi Wealth and KiwiInsurance. David worked for Jarden (previously First New ZealandCapital) for 33 years and had responsibility for its Debt Capital Markets functions for 25 years.
David holds a Bachelor of Science and a Postgraduate Diploma of Science in Mathematics from the University of Otago, as well as a Master of Business Administration in Finance from the University of California, Berkeley.
