Unauthorised Websites Impersonating Jarden

Jarden Group Limited ("Jarden") has become aware of a number of fraudulent and unauthorised websites that falsely claim to be associated with, or endorsed by, Jarden. These sites are not owned, operated, or affiliated with Jarden in any way and may be used to mislead members of the public, solicit personal or financial information, or promote investment scams.

• Do not download any applications
• Do not provide personal or financial information
• If you've already engaged, contact your bank and report to our Compliance team

Cryptocurrency Fraud via WhatsApp

20 January 2026

A fraudulent WhatsApp group is distributing a fake crypto trading app claiming to be from Jarden. This is not affiliated with Jarden. If added to such a group:

• Exit immediately
• Do not download any applications
• Do not provide personal or financial information
• If you've already engaged, contact your bank and report to our Compliance team
