Henry is a Managing Director at Jarden and specialises in capital markets transactions, including securities offerings and takeovers.
He has advised on some of New Zealand’s largest and most complex equity raisings, including the $1 billion raising for Ryman Healthcare, the $700million raising for Fletcher Building, the $1.4 billion raising for Auckland Airport, the $310 million raising for Precinct Properties and $400 million raising for Genesis Energy.
Henry has also advised on numerous IPOs, including under the mixed ownership model (Mighty River Power, renamed Mercury, and Genesis Energy), as well as Synlait, Scales, AFT Pharmaceuticals, NZ King Salmon, and My Food Bag.
Prior to joining Jarden in 2011, Henry was a solicitor in the Corporate Advisory team at Russell McVeagh. Henry has a BCom (Finance) / LLB (Hons)from the University of Auckland.
