Ross has broad experience across M&A, capital raising transactions and broader strategic advisory assignments, with a particular focus on the NZ real assets sector (energy & infrastructure, real estate and forestry).
He started his investment banking career in the Auckland office of ABN AMRO before moving to London, where he worked for the Royal Bank of Scotland and Canaccord Genuity, focusing on the sustainability sector. Ross spent almost 10 years working in London before returning to New Zealand in 2019 and joining Jarden as part of the investment banking team in the Auckland office.
In recent years, Ross has advised on several high-profile transactions for leading NZ corporates, including Spark, Genesis Energy, Precinct Properties and Auckland Airport, as well as a range of international funds on inbound investments into NZ.
He studied a BCom (Accounting & Finance)/LLB at the University of Auckland and is a qualified CA, CFA and Barrister & Solicitor.
